This power adapter is for replacement with EU standard power plug. It will convert the input to 12V DC. It will working for all electric curtain tracks and electric roller blinds we sold.

A power adapter according to your country will normally be provided within standard package. This adapter is only for additional spare parts or a replacement if your adapter is broken.

The new adapter has an indicator on the top. In working mode, it will give you a green light on; or if it is broken, most of time, it is just not lit on or in red. Please check your broken adapter to see if it is really broken or ask us for advice before your order.
